​​I just want to give a short testimony of how Valencia has blessed me with her God given talent of Healing Hands.

I noticed that she knows exactly where I need the most healing in my muscles, she will get out the knots with such liquid pressure and she never stops her flow. She is so intuitive of where she needs to work on your problem areas, all the while her loving energy is so soothing.

I just love and appreciate her so much.

This woman is by far the best massage therapist I have ever come across! Her ability to just read your body know exactly where the aches and knots are and help relieve the pain is just incredible. Her strokes are right in tune with my breathing and we really become in sync. She is so flexible with her techniques, being gentle on some areas and firm when needed. In the 4 years I've been with Total Woman Gym and Spa I've seen many therapist come and go but I am so grateful we have her!! She is usually always booked but she is definitely worth the wait!!! YOU MUST TRY HER!!!!!!!!!!!

Why you deserve a massage?


At this point you might be thinking to yourself “Massage…Who’s got time for a massage?” You should really take a moment to read this letter and you’ll understand why you need to make time!

Is your life like this?

5:43 am – rush to wake up the kids, Shower, dress, hair in place (on a good day) add some make-up as needed

6:15 am – scream at the kids to hurry as you scamper to get meals

7:15 am – pack the last lunch, and head off for the day ahead


7:30 am – drop off the kids at school and head for ‘Parking Lot A’ (otherwise known as the 405 freeway)

7:45 am - gulp down a donut and a cup a coffee as you wait for the traffic to move 1 yard per minute

8:45 am - enter your office space; work at a job where you should really be receiving more money and more recognition for 8 hours plus your generous 30 minute lunch!

5:00 pm - rush to the ‘Parking Lot B’ to pick up your car and proceed to parking lot A (A.K.A. 405 or Santa Monica freeway).

6:17 pm - return to the city tired, worn out, exhausted! 6:48 pm - pick up the kids from soccer practice; arrive home kick off your shoes (your feet and back are aching by now!)

7:10 pm - muster some creation up for dinner

8:05 pm - gulp down your dinner and pray that you don’t get heartburn this time

8:53 pm - feed Fido and give him a quick pat on the head (it’s all the affection you can gather right now)

9:17 pm - assign the usual list of chores for the kids to get the house back in semi-recognizable condition; hit the shower and afterwards layout your clothes for the next day

10:00 pm - crawl into bed and catch the highlights of the evening news before you fall asleep.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST - You knowingly brace yourself to repeat this same routine tomorrow.

Scary, but true isn’t it? When was the last time you did something for you? When was the last time you took a moment out of your busy schedule to allow yourself to relax and truly unwind from the events and routines of the day?

Silence the Chaos in your body, mind and soul!
